Bio: Pranav Sundar is a Mechatronics Engineering student with research interests in advanced manufacturing and cyber-physical systems. His current research focuses on developing an open-architecture CNC machining platform that uses computer vision, sensor integration, and real-time monitoring to improve manufacturing reliability.
Through his research experiences, Pranav has developed a passion for creating intelligent engineering systems that combine mechanical design, automation, and data-driven technologies. He hopes to grow into an engineering leader who bridges the gap between technical innovation and real-world impact by translating research discoveries into practical applications. His long-term goals include contributing to advancements in aerospace, manufacturing, and robotics while leading teams that develop impactful technologies.
